Interested in becoming a mediator? Want to resolve conflict in your life, work or community? Our 36-hour Basic Mediation Training provides in-depth coverage of the mediation process and the principles of conflict management using presentations, exercises, discussions and role playing.

The training complies with the Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) Uniform Rules on Dispute Resolution and meets the requirements for confidentiality as stated in the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 233, Section 23C.

Those who have completed Basic Mediation Training can apply to The Resolution Center 25-hour Apprentice Program and continue their training and evaluation by mediating with mentor mediators.
